Blueprints should be reviewed for accuracy or perhaps for value engineering opportunities before the planned work is put in place. After the work is in place the drawings may need review in order to check contractor or subcontractor compliance.

The world is not totally virtual. Sometimes, eye contact and a handshake are necessary to seal a deal or resolve a situation.

TESTIMONIALS

“I can honestly say that in my 58 years of construction and development work in North Carolina, I have not engaged anyone more qualified to oversee construction. We needed someone who was not only experienced in the actual fieldwork associated with construction but someone who could deal with the complexities of plans, specifications, and knowing how to read and understand the building codes .”

"As a result of his efforts owner was able to obtain a CO in time to allow students to move into the housing at the start of the semester. Without Norman’s expertise, determination and persistence, the Owner would have incurred exceptionally large losses, and the General Contractor would have incurred outrageously large losses and extensive legal action."

"Norman is intellectually gifted. He is an extraordinary communicator with everyone from laborers and carpenters to engineers and attorneys. His record-keeping, planning, and written reports are far above average and his ability to ferret out and analyze information has made research and interpretive skills the source of a significant amount of profit to my firms over the years."
